At Dayton Leadership Academies, we strive to be a FULL SERVICE school for not only the student but for the entire family. Thus, we are committed to establishing and maintaining exceptional partnerships with community organizations to provide resources for our students, families, and staff so that our students can achieve their full potential. 

Our community partners play a vital role in this mission — offering academic enrichment, health and wellness programs, family services, and mentorship opportunities that strengthen the DLA experience. Together, we are building a foundation where every student is supported, every family is connected, and every partnership helps our community grow stronger.

    Dayton Leadership Academies partners with Teach For America to hire teachers for positions that are hard to fill, such as math, science, and special education. Teach For America corps members go through a rigorous selection process, complete a six-week summer training, and are provided frequent coaching and professional development during their first two years of teaching.

    Since DLA has been in existence, the Senior Core Foster Grandparents program has been part of our school community. They serve primarily in our K-2 classrooms, but all of our students benefit from the life lessons that prepare them to be leaders in their community.

    Inspire Me Learning Academy operates a childcare and preschool center at DLA. They offer students a comprehensive learning environment, filled with a variety of support and services. Since 2015 when they opened a center in Dayton, Inspire Me Learning Academy has been instilling knowledge in students from the Dayton area and beyond. Their team members will go the extra mile to give students the tools needed to grow and succeed!
